Who is this for?
Anybody who is serious about wanting to start/increase their revenue. It’s specifically curated for technical founders and teaches you how to sell and grow your sales organization from absolute scratch.
Who is this not for?
If you’re looking for a ‘magical’ script that’ll solve all your problems without putting in any effort. The strategies and tips provided in Sales Process Catalyst are proven, methodical, and compounding. And while they WILL provide overnight improvement in many areas, they are not guaranteed to instantly start resulting in booked meetings and increased revenue without any effort. Some things within your Sales Process can surely be activated and improved right away, but to start consistently seeing results and self-sustainability, you need to commit to the process, attend the live coaching, and be willing to get uncomfortable.
What tools do I need?
You’ll need a CRM, recording software, scheduler, and a website builder. We’ll walk you through all the necessary and optional tooling inside the platform.
Is this for SaaS and software businesses only?
No. The strategies are universal and will apply to businesses outside of SaaS as well. Most of the content is assuming you are selling SaaS based software/services, but can easily be tailored to your own unique vertical.
How does this differ from other “sales” courses?
We don’t just throw you into a community and expect you to figure things out on your own. We also don’t ask you vague and ridiculous questions like ‘did you do your 100 cold calls and emails today?!’. We commit to the process, providing weekly coaching, alongside proven material that has been responsible for the far majority of hyper revenue growth at startups in the last decade. What you’re getting out of Salesprocess Catalyst isn’t a guess at what works, it’s the culmination of real coaching that the world’s best and fastest growing sales organizations are ACTIVELY utilizing to perform at the highest level and to achieve the highest conversion rates possible.
Will this only work if I sell to one segment?
No. The course has nuances and methods for everything from SMB, all the way to F100 strategic level sales processes. While the sales flow itself is largely similar, we break down the extra necessary steps and expectations you must meet when going further upmarket.
Do I have to be a founder?
Not necessarily, but we strongly recommend that you are in a position where you can influence your internal organization’s sales process. The course is centered around revenue architecture, and so having the seniority/ability to make changes accordingly is important.
How long till I start seeing results?
It’ll depend on where you’re at in your business. If you have a consistent flow of leads and you’re looking to improve your conversion rates, you should start seeing results right away. If you’re pre-product-market-fit, you’ll have to go through more friction but we’ll provide the framework and necessary steps every step of the way. All that being said, regardless of which stage you’re at, the serious and compounding results happen after your sales organization has gotten used to the changes. Nobody becomes 100% confident in sales on day one, especially if you’ve never sold – and our training isn’t going to do that by default for you either. But if you show up consistently, we will help you start and scale your sales process and improve every part of it to fit your vertical. We’ve got your back from day one and onward.
