When I first got into tech sales, I felt completely lost. My last role was mostly inbound, so outbound—especially cold email—was new to me. I spent a month trying to figure it out on my own, using company-provided templates and bouncing between sales influencers online. I didn’t book a single meeting for weeks. Then I came across one of Connor’s interviews on YouTube. The simplicity of his approach—who you are, why you’re reaching out, what you want—just made sense. What was the most valuable part of the program to you?
The structure. It was easy to understand, easy to apply, and immediately effective. I sent a couple emails the next day and got replies—then booked a meeting on day two. What I love is how scalable it is. I built two core templates for my main personas and use those across multiple industries. No more spending 20 minutes per email trying to “hyper-personalize.” Just clean, simple, targeted messaging that works.
