"If you're serious about building a real outbound motion, Higher Levels is the fastest way to get there. We'd tried the usual SDR approaches, contract teams, fractional reps, onshore and overseas, but none of them gave us structure or consistency. Higher Levels did: proven reps who already knew the patterns, a repeatable playbook, and consistent messaging from day one. In three months we expanded our SDR team, put real onboarding and coaching in place, and our outbound activity and meetings are climbing."

What made you choose Higher Levels?

I've managed sales and SDR teams for years, and we'd explored a range of SDR approaches, contract teams, onshore and overseas, full-time and dedicated. What we were really after was consistency: people who knew the patterns and could execute them. Then we came across Higher Levels' content and it was exceptional. The way they sold to us through that content told me everything. They had real patterns, methodologies, and playbooks, and they'd built a community of people they were training. Plenty of organizations offer contract hiring, but we wanted full-time hires who could learn the Flagler product and pitch. That's exactly what Higher Levels provided. Being able to hire proven talent through their marketplace, people who already knew the pattern, was a big win for us.

The talent and the structure. Their team went through a lot of candidates to qualify the ones they recommended, and we've expanded our SDR team, two strong hires with a third in interviews. The structured onboarding, the playbooks, the coaching, and the weekly call reviews have been hugely beneficial, and the reps are hitting their stride. The biggest change is in the reps themselves. Their tonality and confidence are completely different now, the way they establish who they are, why they're calling, and how it improves the prospect's life. Messaging is far more consistent, and objection handling has come a long way with the Higher Levels playbook. And they didn't just hand us a process and disappear, they got in there with us, took ownership, and transferred their knowledge to our team along the way. Our outbound activity and meetings have grown as a result.

Higher Levels has been a genuine strategic partner on process, workflow, finding the right people, and coaching them. It's let me pull back from the details because I have confidence in their methodology, their models, and their playbooks. The real value is that we retain the employee and that employee keeps the knowledge base, while Higher Levels transfers the methodology to them along the way. They even helped us structure the SDR comp model and variable compensation tied to metrics. I haven't found anyone else who provides this the way they do. If you're a sales leader or executive looking to build a more consistent outbound motion, reach out. They've built a great model and a great service for companies like ours.
