I wanted to fast-track my career. From the moment I became an SDR, I knew my goal was to move into an AE role as quickly as possible. I did not just want to be good at booking meetings. I wanted to understand the full sales cycle and stand out from everyone else competing for promotions. That is why I joined Higher Levels. What was the most valuable part of the program to you?
The biggest thing was learning how to operate like an AE before I even had the title. The frameworks for stakeholder alignment, territory planning, and managing handoffs with my AEs completely changed the way I worked. I was no longer just focused on activity metrics. I was building real pipeline and adding value to deals. That internal trust is what ultimately made leadership see me as ready for the next step.
