After three months of struggling to execute, Higher Levels helped me get clear, get sharp, and land an Account Executive role at Justworks at $170k+ OTE. The biggest shift was learning how to run the job search like a real sales process, while still showing up like a normal human in interviews.

I had already been in sales early in my career, then transitioned into accounting for personal reasons. But I missed tech sales. I love technology, I love competition, and I knew it was time to pivot back. I tried to do it on my own for a few months and I was getting interviews, but I couldn’t execute consistently. I wanted a structured way to sharpen my approach, and after talking to someone I trusted who recommended Higher Levels, I started watching the content and testimonials and decided to commit.
What was the most valuable part of the program to you?
It helped me tighten the fundamentals of the entire process, especially positioning my story, getting clear on my numbers, and understanding what companies are actually listening for in interviews. Before Higher Levels, I would overthink everything, obsess over having the perfect profile, and forget that the interview is still a human conversation. The training helped me treat the search like a real sales cycle by reaching out, building relationships, and preparing with intent, while also being more natural and authentic. That combination mattered a lot in late stages too, like presentations and mock discovery calls, where you need both structure and confidence.

Get external help and stop trying to brute force it alone. If you are on the fence because of price, think about the opportunity cost of staying stuck. Also, give yourself grace and trust the process. You might have a lot going on, multiple jobs, limited time, but if you do a little bit every day and keep learning from each attempt, you will get better fast. The reps who win are the ones who stay consistent, prepare properly, and keep going even when it feels hard.
