After graduating university, I was testing different career paths—marketing, analytics—but nothing stuck. I was curious about tech sales but didn’t know how to break in. Treat the interview process like you’re already doing the job. Use a CRM-style tracker. Reach out to reps at your target companies. And always close the interview by asking if the hiring manager has any concerns—most people never do, and it instantly makes you stand out.
