Basketball has been my life. I played Division 1 and then played professionally overseas for about six years. When COVID hit, it paused my playing career and forced me to rethink my path. I transitioned into sales roles and later IT support, which helped me understand both customer conversations and the tech environment. Long term, I kept coming back to tech sales because it felt similar to sports. It’s performance-based, and the harder you work and improve, the more you can grow professionally and financially. I invested in Tech Sales Ascension for the same reason athletes invest in training. If you want to compete at a high level, you need a plan, you need reps, and you need to be sharp when it’s time to perform.

What was the most valuable part of the program to you?

The biggest value was the structure. Higher Levels gave me a clear framework for how to position myself, how to approach outreach, how to tell my story, and how to prepare for interviews specifically in today’s tech sales market. In past sales roles, the landscape was different and you could rely more on applying and hoping. This program showed me what actually works now and why each action matters. It made me more confident because I wasn’t guessing. I knew what to do, what to expect, and how it all fit together.

Be honest with yourself about what you want and how serious you are about getting there. If you are willing to put in the work, stay consistent, and execute, having a clear framework makes a huge difference. Higher Levels is not about shortcuts. It’s about giving you direction and a process that can feel overwhelming if you try to figure it out alone. Investing in yourself is rarely the wrong move, especially when you walk away with skills and a repeatable process you can carry long term. The value comes from execution, so show up, do the work, and it can absolutely change the trajectory of your career.
