After spending a few years in financial advising, I transitioned into a more sales focused role at a high end gym where I was responsible for a lot of sales metrics but did not have much sales guidance. That experience opened my eyes to what a real professional sales career could look like. I started researching on YouTube and Higher Levels was one of the first channels I found. I immediately connected with what the team was teaching, and within a few hours of watching, I signed up. What really pushed me over the edge was seeing how many testimonials and success stories there were. The structure and community made it feel realistic that I could actually break into tech sales if I followed the process. Investing in the paid training also became a commitment for me, both financially and mentally, to go all in.

What was the most valuable part of the program to you?

The biggest value was the structure and the clarity around what to do next. Once I invested, I moved fast and went through the material immediately, then built a real prospecting process around my job search. I created a prioritized list of companies, then started prospecting two to three companies per day. I would identify the right people to reach out to, mainly SDR managers and recruiters, and message them right after applying using assumptive language to try to lock in a first round interview. I kept the messaging simple on purpose so I could stay consistent and treat it like a numbers game. That approach helped me generate a high volume of interviews and improve quickly from real repetition.

Defer to action and just do it. The biggest driver is committing fully, and investing in the program makes that commitment real. Get in the game, take interviews, and use the repetition to get better fast. Even if you feel unprepared at first, that is normal. You can practice with mock tools, but nothing replaces real interviews and real conversations. If you want to break in, go all in, follow a process, and do not limit yourself.
