I had 15 years of sales experience, most of it in roofing and door-to-door, but I was at a point in life where I knew I did not want to be climbing roofs anymore. At first I considered going back to school for computer science or cybersecurity, but when I discovered there were actual sales roles in tech, that was the lightbulb moment. Higher Levels stood out because it was not just training videos. It gave me structure, a step-by-step roadmap, and most importantly, a community of peers and mentors to support me as I made the transition.

What was the most valuable part of the program to you?

The community and live support made all the difference. I was able to role-play, get feedback, and lean on others who were also breaking in from non-tech backgrounds. Expect rejection, but do not let it stop you. The doubts you feel are normal and they mean you are in the arena doing the work. Stick and move, like a boxer. Keep applying, keep networking, and lean on the community here. If someone with 15 years in a completely different industry can start over and break into tech sales, so can you. This program will give you the roadmap, but you have to keep knocking on doors until one opens.
