I landed three interviews right after joining Tech Sales Ascension, through LinkedIn, my resume, and a cold call. A lot of courses promise to help you. Higher Levels actually delivered.

I spent about eight months in commercial real estate, then moved to residential. Once you know the contracts, real estate gets pretty rinse and repeat, and I wanted bigger, more complex deals with business buyers who decide on numbers, not emotion. California real estate felt murky, and tech keeps growing, so I made the jump. At first I tried to do it on my own with Higher Levels' free YouTube content and got pretty far. I was making calls, sending LinkedIn messages, and emailing nonstop, but the responses weren't coming. Effort wasn't my problem. My messaging was. Real estate taught me that hours spent on the wrong approach just spin your wheels, so I decided to learn from people who actually know what they're doing.
What was the most valuable part of the program to you?
The messaging. I used to send long LinkedIn messages saying I was reaching out about a role, and almost nobody replied. After the live sessions and talking with people in the community, I switched to a simple connection request: "I'm curious about the culture at your company." People started engaging right away. On cold calls to hiring managers, I got direct coaching to lead with "I'm a strong candidate, here's why, do you have 10 seconds?" and it worked immediately. Before I joined, I bombed a mock cold call because I didn't prep. After that, I practiced on Rithim AI on brutal mode, which is tougher than any hiring manager. In interviews, I walked through exactly how I run my day, with time blocking and goals written out in my Moleskine. After a first round, one interviewer told me it sounded like I'd been sitting in their sales meeting that day.

If you're on the fence, it's worth it. Higher Levels helps with your resume, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calling, and I landed three interviews right after joining. Working hard is part of it, but hard work on the wrong messaging won't get you hired. Having the right things to say and the right approach is what makes the difference.
